Due to climate change, heat, drought and bark beetles, over 900,000 hectares of forest across Germany, especially coniferous forests, have died, according to the German Aerospace Center after evaluating satellite data from September 2025. We need climate-resilient mixed deciduous forests that will also be able in future to bind carbon, promote groundwater recharge and provide a home for many species.
- Sustainability: Plant drinking-water forests with us and give something back to nature. With Trinkwasserwald e.V., you create site-appropriate mixed deciduous forest and thus improve groundwater recharge, as well as the build-up of humus and biodiversity.
- Make use of CSR and give your employees the opportunity to actively protect the environment by planting deciduous trees with Trinkwasserwald e.V.
- CSRD / ESG: You can use your commitment to near-natural forest conversion for your reporting under voluntary engagement, under ESRS E3 and E4. You will receive appropriate impact and donation documentation for this.
